International Water Park – $14,400,000

In 2019, ICAN was selected to construct a design build aquatic facility for Clayton County Parks and Recreation.  The park consisted of the demolition of the existing aquatic facility, four 150’ waterslides, adult pool, kiddie pool, interactive splashpad, 1255’ Lazy River, high ropes challenge course, pump buildings, restroom/concession concrete plazas, elevated pedestrian bridges, retaining walls , lake, parking lots and all associated grading, infrastructure and support facilities.
