Briarwood Park Pool Project – $2,350,000

Demolition of existing bath house, pump and chemical buildings, existing pool deck and existing pool shell. Also includes construction of Walk-in pool with kiddie features, lazy river deep end entry, pool deck, 24’ covered pavilion, 20’ and 12’ umbrella shade structures, site amenities and perimeter fencing, landscaping, and 3000 SQFT bathhouse/concession building that includes restrooms, locker rooms, and showers for the City of Brookhaven.
