Noonday Maintenance Facility – $750,000

In October of 2015, ICAN was selected for the demolition and reconstruct of an aging maintenance facility for Cobb County Parks and Recreation.  With all alternates accepted, the renovation totaled $750,000 and included:

• Construction of new 3,526 sqft office building
• Concrete Sidewalks
• Wood Fencing Replacement
• Asphalt Patching
• Storm Drainage
• Landscaping and Irrigation
• Water and Sewer Connections
