Luther Ward StreetScape – $300,000
In October of 2013, Integrated Construction and Nobility was awarded the Luther Ward Road Pedestrian Enhancements with the Cobb County Department of Transportation. With the project being located between multiple Residential Communities and adjacent to Public schools, there was a great need for pedestrian connectivity.
The project consisted of:
- Installing new storm drainage along the entire frontage of the project.
- Grading and groundscaping.
- Water Line installation
- AGL gas line Reloaction
- ADA Ramps
- Concrete Driveways
- Curb and Gutter
- Final Landscaping and Foliage decor
- Parking lot Striping and Signage
- Traffic Control and Flashing Beacon Signal
The value of the project was $297,000 and was completed under budget and 2 months ahead of schedule.
