International Village Park and Canfield Park – $947,000

International Village Park – This project involves the renovation of an existing park including demolition of the existing volleyball court, playground, fencing and poor quality trees along New Peachtree Road. Construction consisted of a 6000 SQFT, 6 structure playground with a granite retaining wall, a 12 count raised bed community garden area, 1900 SQFT bio-retention area, perimeter fencing, site lighting, grilling area, heavy duty concrete plaza for food vending purposes, concrete sidewalks, picnic tables, site amenities, tree reforestation, and landscaping.

Canfield Park – Renovation of an existing playground for Chamblee Parks and Recreation. This project included the enhancement of the existing park by adding a Granite concrete retaining wall, expanding the playground footprint 2200 SQFT with the addition of a  playground structure and drainage, along with an entry ramp, sidewalks, and site amenities.
