Deer Lick Park Tennis Complex – $950,000

This project is a complete renovation of the existing tennis courts for Deer Lick Park and Douglas County. The project includes the complete demolition of the existing restroom building, tennis courts, pavilion, and all existing parking spaces. Construction includes a 300 SQFT men’s and women’s restroom building with covered pavilions, 5 competition asphalt tennis courts, concrete retaining walls, 2 enhanced drainage swales, and sidewalks with ADA compliant parking area.
