Sandy Beach Water Park – $2,700,000

In the spring of 2015, ICAN was brought in to help a Private/Public partnership that had moved a little off course, and construction completion was being compromised due to coordination issues. ICAN worked alongside the constituents at Macon/Bibb County and Spirit of America LLC to bring the project in operation for the summer of 2015.  With a project value over 2.6 million, the project consisted of:
