Sweat Mountain Park Renovations – $1,300,000

In October of 2015, ICAN was awarded the demolition and reconstruction of Sweat Mountain Park. As with a number of the Cobb County Parks, the facility had aged, and the association located here was in need of improvements.  With a project value of 1.3 million dollars consisting of:

• Demolition of one existing building, three baseball fields and two practice fields
• Construction of new restroom/concession/maintenance facility
• Construction of 5 baseball fields, dog park and drainage improvements
• Insulation of curb, asphalt paving, fire line, concrete paving
• Root zone construction and sod
• Irrigation and Landscaping
• Storm and Water Drainage
