In October 2015, ICAN was selected for the demolition and reconstruct of the restroom and concession facility located at the Perry Parham Park in the City of Marietta.  With a project value of $280,000 and consisting of:

• Demolition of existing two story concession/press box building
• Demolition of existing stand alone storage building
• Site Demolition
• Construct a new 1,130 sqft concession/storage building
• Concrete Plaza
• Wood Fence Replacement
• Asphalt Patching
• Parking Lot Striping
• Water/Sewer Connections
